• 1 butternut squash, cubed and roasted<\/li>
• 1 yellow squash, quartered<\/li>
• 1 yellow onion, diced<\/li>
• 2 T minced garlic<\/li>
• 1 lb of ground turkey<\/li>
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes<\/li>
• 2 tsp cumin<\/li>
• 2 tsp smoked paprika<\/li>
• 2 tsp cinnamon<\/li>
• 1 tsp salt\/pepper each<\/li>
• 1 c chicken broth<\/li>
• 1\/4 c coconut milk<\/li>
• 2 c pumpkin pur\u00e9e<\/li>
• 1 T lemon juice (juice from half a lemon)<\/li>
• can of white beans<\/li>
• fresh rosemary and thyme (optional)<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n

  Instructions<\/h2>\n\n

  1. melt butter or oil in a pan and add onion and yellow squash, saut\u00e9 for 4 min<\/li>
  2. add in garlic and ground turkey (cook all the way through<\/li>
  3. add in red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika, cinnamon and S&P<\/li>
  4. add the chicken broth and bring to a boil<\/li>
  5. reduce heat to medium and stir in coconut milk, pumpkin pur\u00e9e and lemon juice<\/li>
  6. bring to a boil, then let simmer<\/li>
  7. while simmering add in white beans, rosemary and thyme<\/li>
