• 1 pkg mushrooms, sliced <\/li>
• 1\/2 red onion, diced <\/li>

  1. mix ground beef, salsa, olive oil and taco seasoning together and cook in a pan<\/li>
  2. in another pan, saut\u00e9 mushrooms, onions in cooking oil and season with garlic, salt and pepper <\/li>
  3. while that\u2019s cooking, steam cauliflower rice in microwave according to package <\/li>
