• 1 c chicken stock<\/li>
• 1 c tomato juice<\/li>
• 1 onion, chopped<\/li>
• 3 garlic cloves, minced<\/li>
• 1 T chili powder<\/li>
• 2 tsp smoked paprika<\/li>
• 1 T cumin<\/li>
• 1 tsp oregano<\/li>
• 1 tsp salt & pepper<\/li>
• 1 lb bag of whole carrots<\/li>
• bag of new potatoes<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n

  1. mix together chicken stock, tomato juice, onion and spices<\/li>
  2. place meat, potatoes and carrots in crockpot and pour marinade over<\/li>
  3. cook on low for 8 hours<\/li><\/ol>\n\n
