• 1\/2 yellow onion, diced<\/li>
• 8 oz mushrooms, chopped<\/li>
• 2 cloves of garlic, chopped<\/li>
• 1 lb ground chicken or turkey <\/li>
• 2 big carrots, diced <\/li>
• small can of water chestnuts, diced<\/li><\/ul>\n\n

  • 1\/4 c coconut aminos<\/li>
  • 1 1\/2 tsp sesame oil<\/li>
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar<\/li>
  • 2 T green onion, chopped<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n

    Marinade<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n

    • 2 tsp sesame oil<\/span><\/li>
    • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar <\/li>
    • 1 T almond butter<\/li>
    • 2 tsp grated ginger root<\/li>
    • dash of S&P<\/li><\/ul>\n\n

      Instructions<\/h2>\n\n

      1. mix marinade ingredients in small bowl and set aside<\/li>
      2. do the same with sauce ingredients<\/li>
      3. saut\u00e9 onions, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until onions are translucent <\/li>
      4. add in ground meat and cook til meat is cooked through <\/li>
      5. mix in marinade, carrots and water chestnuts and let simmer for a couple minutes <\/li>
