  1. salt and pepper tuna steak and prepare a pan by melting butter on high heat<\/li>
  2. once heated, lay steak in pan on one side for ~4 min, flip and cook another ~4 min (you want the inside to still be slightly rare\u00a0<\/li>
  3. remove from pan and drizzle with coconut aminos for extra flavor<\/li>
