• grated cheese (I use Manchego)<\/li>
• kale<\/li>
• cherry tomatoes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n
  • chicken breasts, cut in half and pounded flat<\/li>
  • balsamic vinegar for drizzle<\/li>
  • one egg, beaten for breading<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n

    Instructions<\/h2>\n\n

    1. First, take 1\/2 a chicken breast and dip in beaten egg, then into breading mixture and lay flat on baking tray<\/li>
    2. Then, mix stuffing ingredients in a bowl and spoon some of mixture on half of breaded chicken<\/li>
    3. Next, fold chicken in half to cover stuffing and secure with a toothpick<\/li>
    4. Repeat for remaining chickens<\/li>
    5. Bake at 375F for about 10 min (make sure chicken is cooked through<\/li>
