10 – 15 dates<\/li>
1 c cashews<\/li>
1\/3 c walnuts<\/li>
1\/4 c shredded coconut<\/li>
2 T peanut butter powder<\/li>
1 T chia seeds<\/li>
1-2 T water (if needed to make the ‘dough’ sticky)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n
Chocolate Coating:<\/p>\n\n
1\/4 c DF chocolate chips<\/li>
1 T peanut butter powder<\/li>
1 T coconut oil<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n
Instructions<\/h2>\n\n
First, in a food processor blend dates<\/li>
Next, add in nuts and blend again<\/li>
Then, add remaining mix in’s<\/li>
Once blended, press chunks of the mixture into each section of a mini muffin tin<\/li>
When all the mixture is pressed in, place tin in freezer for 15 min<\/li>
While this is freezing, mix the chocolate coating ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, until melted<\/li>
Lastly, remove muffin tin from freezer and drizzle melted chocolate across the tin<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
