  • fillets of Chilean sea bass<\/li>
  • 2 Tbs fish sauce<\/li>
  • 2 Tbs lime juice<\/li>
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>
  • 1 tsp ground ginger<\/li>
  • 2 Tbs rice vinegar<\/li>
  • 1\/2 Tbs maple syrup<\/li>
  • 1 tsp sesame oil<\/li>
  • 1 Tbs olive oil<\/li>
  • 1 T red curry paste<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n

    Instructions<\/h2>\n\n
    1. shake together all ingredients besides bass in a jar to combine<\/li>
    2. heat pan to medium high heat<\/li>
    3. pour 1\/4 the jar ingredients into pan and add fish, cook for 5 min<\/li>
    4. flip over, pour another 1\/4 jar ingredients into pan, cook for 5 more minutes (fish should be flaky when stabbed with fork if fully cooked)<\/li>
    5. prepare a bowl of lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, goat cheese and red onion<\/li>
    6. add a cooked fillet on top<\/li>
