• 2 T red curry paste<\/li>\n\n
• 2 tsp curry powder<\/li>\n\n
• 1 tsp turmeric<\/li>\n\n
• 1 carton of broth<\/li>\n\n
• 1 cup full-fat coconut milk<\/li>\n\n
• 3 T coconut aminos<\/li>\n\n
• juice from 1\/2 a lime<\/li>\n\n
• 1 package of pad Thai rice noodles<\/li>\n\n
• 1 package of frozen stir fry veggies<\/li>\n\n
• 1 lb mini pre cooked frozen shrimp<\/li>\n\n
• 2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)<\/li>\n\n
• cilantro to garnish (optional)<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n

  1. saut\u00e9 onion until translucent<\/li>\n\n
  2. add in garlic & ginger and saut\u00e9 another minute<\/li>\n\n
  3. add in ingredients from curry paste to lime juice<\/li>\n\n
  4. let come to a boil then reduce to simmer for 15 in<\/li>\n\n
  5. cook noodles separately according to package<\/li>\n\n
  6. add in frozen shrimp and stir fry veggies and simmer another 5 min<\/li>\n\n
  7. add in cooked noodles and red pepper flakes<\/li>\n\n
