• 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets<\/li>\n\n
• 2 eggs whisked, egg wash<\/li>\n\n
• 1 c bread crumbs<\/li>\n\n
• 1 tsp smoked paprika<\/li>\n\n
• 1\/2 tsp cumin<\/li>\n\n
• 1 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n\n
• S&P to taste<\/li><\/ul>\n\n

  Sauce:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  • 1 tsp sesame oil<\/li>\n\n
  • 1\/4 c honey<\/li>\n\n
  • 1\/3 c coconut aminos<\/li>\n\n
  • 2 T ACV<\/li>\n\n
  • 1 tsp red curry paste<\/li>\n\n
  • 1 T minced garlic<\/li>\n\n
  • 1\/4 c water<\/li>\n\n
  • 1 T arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n

    Instructions:<\/h2>\n\n

    1. combine bread crumbs and spices in a ziploc bag<\/li>\n\n
    2. dip florets in egg wash, then place in bag of bread crumb mixture<\/li>\n\n
    3. close and shake around until cauliflower is covered<\/li>\n\n
    4. cook in oven (400F)or air fryer* until desired crispiness<\/li>\n\n
    5. meanwhile, make sauce in pan by combining all sauce ingredients besides water and arrowroot powder<\/li>\n\n
    6. let come to a simmer<\/li>\n\n
    7. mix water and cornstarch in a small bowl<\/li>\n\n
    8. add to sauce, mix and remove from heat to help thicken<\/li>\n\n
    9. when cauli is done, cover in sauce and it\u2019s ready to eat!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n
