Vegan | GF | Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1-1.5 bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 T almond butter
- 1 flax egg (1 T ground flaxseed, 2 T water mixed and let set for a few min)
- 1/4 c quinoa flour (any flour you have just to absorb some of the liquid)
- 1/3 c almond milk
- 1 T cinnamon
- optional:
- chocolate chips
- blueberries
- @vitalproteins collagen for an extra boost of protein
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until smooth
- cook in a pan or griddle like normal pancakes

- strawberries
- coconut butter
- sunflower seed butter

- hemp seeds
- maple syrup
