Gluten Free| Dairy Free | Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies came from @rachaelsgoodeats recipe and are ahh-mazing and probably are even better dipped in more peanut butter 😋 so if you love peanut butter and cookies I think you should try these!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 c almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. mix peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla together
  2. add in flour and baking powder
  3. roll into balls and flatten with a fork
  4. bake at 350F for 12 min
