Sheet Pan Steak Tacos

Ingredients:

• corn tortillas 
• enchilada sauce (I used @traderjoes)
• 2 sirloin steaks 
• taco seasoning 
• fav cheese 
• red onion, diced 
• lime juice 
• avocado slices 

Instructions:

1. first, season steak with taco seasoning and cook in pan to liking and set aside to slice
2. then, cover tortillas in enchilada sauce in a bowl 
3. next, cook tortillas for 20-30 sec on each side in the pan to soften up 
4. lay cooked tortillas flat on a lined baking sheet 
5. layer in sliced steak, onion and cheese 
6. add a squeeze of lime and fold in half like a taco 
7. bake 350 for ~8-10 min 
8. remove and top with avocado slices
