Savory Scallops

Ingredients

  • Scallops, thawed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter, ghee or oil

Instructions

  1. first, pat scallops dry with paper towel
  2. salt and pepper them
  3. put ghee, butter or cooking oil in a pan and let it get really hot
  4. once there, place scallops in pan and let sear on one side for 2 min
  5. flip over and extra ghee, butter or oil & cook for another 2 min to sear other side
  6. after that they should be done so put them on a plate to serve
