“Reese’s” Easter Eggs

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Filling:

  • natural peanut butter
  • vanilla protein powder (optional)

Homemade Chocolate:

  • cocoa powder
  • maple syrup
  • coconut oil

Instructions

  1. make chocolate my melting 2:2:1 ratio of coconut oil: cocoa powder: maple syrup
  2. in a candy mold or mini cupcake pan, pour a layer of chocolate into mold and place in freezer til solid
  3. pull out and pour layer of peanut butter (mixed with protein powder if using) over the chocolate
  4. top with one more layer of chocolate and place back in freezer til solid
