Pistachio Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2-3 handfuls of basil
  • 1/4 c pistachios
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 3 T parmesan cheese (I use Sheep’s milk)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 T water, as needed to help blend together

Instructions

  1. blend all ingredients together besides water
  2. add water 1 T at a time as needed to blend together fully
