Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 3/4 c of oats
- fav protein powder (optional)
- 1-2 T of almond butter
- 1 T of maple syrup or honey
- dash of cinnamon
- 3/4 c of almond milk
Topping Ideas
- banana slices
- berries
- choc chips
- almond butter
- granola
- honey
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jar
- let it sit in the fridge overnight and do its thing
- top with your favorites when you’re ready to eat!
