Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c of oats
  • fav protein powder (optional)
  • 1-2 T of almond butter
  • 1 T of maple syrup or honey
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 3/4 c of almond milk

Topping Ideas

  • banana slices
  • berries
  • choc chips
  • almond butter
  • granola
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jar
  2. let it sit in the fridge overnight and do its thing
  3. top with your favorites when you’re ready to eat!
