One Pan Meal | Beef & Veggie
Ingredients
- ground beef
- bell pepper
- yellow onion
- 2 yellow squash
- 2 T tomato paste
- 1 c marinara sauce
- 1 T minced garlic
- fresh thyme (optional)
- fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- dice all your veggies
- cook ground beef then set aside
- use some leftover grease and sauté veggies in in
- add beef back into the pan
- add garlic, tomato paste and stir
- add in marinara and herbs, stir and let simmer for 5-10 min
- serve over pasta, cauliflower rice or just eat by itself
