Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 2 T minted, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. mix ingredients into a bowl and combine well
  2. roll mixture into 1.5 inch balls
  3. start a pan on medium heat and add your fav cooking oil
  4. cook about 5 min on one “side”, then flip over all the meatballs and cook another 5 min on the other “side”
  5. serve on top of your fav salad
