Iced Pumpkin Banana Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 T pumpkin purée
- 3 eggs
- 3 T melted butter
- 1/4 c DF pumpkin creamer or nut milk
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 T pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 c coconut flour
- @missjonesbakes vanilla icing to top
Instructions
- mix together wet ingredients
- add in dry and combine well
- put filling into mini muffin pan
- bake for 18 min @350F
- let cool completely before removing from pan and icing
