Gluten Free | Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 c almond flour
  • 1 c coconut flour
  • 1 c tapioca flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 2 T coconut sugar
  • 1 1/4 c warm water
  • 1/4 c olive oil

Instructions

  1. mix together all ingredients from almond flour to salt in a bowl
  2. in a microwave safe bowl, heat up 3/4 c water for 20-30 seconds
  3. mix packet of yeast and 1 T coconut sugar into the water- let set for 3 minutes
  4. add 1 T of coconut sugar to the flour mixture
  5. take yeast mixture and add to flour mixture. Add in olive oil as well
  6. add 1/2 c more of water and mix until a dough forms
  7. spread dough on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 min @375F before adding your favorite sauce and toppings

**I usually double this to make when we have friends over or to have extra leftovers**
