Gluten Free | Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 c almond flour
- 1 c coconut flour
- 1 c tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet of yeast
- 2 T coconut sugar
- 1 1/4 c warm water
- 1/4 c olive oil
Instructions
- mix together all ingredients from almond flour to salt in a bowl
- in a microwave safe bowl, heat up 3/4 c water for 20-30 seconds
- mix packet of yeast and 1 T coconut sugar into the water- let set for 3 minutes
- add 1 T of coconut sugar to the flour mixture
- take yeast mixture and add to flour mixture. Add in olive oil as well
- add 1/2 c more of water and mix until a dough forms
- spread dough on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 min @375F before adding your favorite sauce and toppings
