Garlic Butter Tri-Colored Carrots
Ingredients:
- bag of tri colored carrots
- 2-3 T melted butter
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1-2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
- chop carrots into large pieces
- melt butter and mix in garlic, sea salt and parsley
- pour butter mixture over carrots and mix well
- lay out carrots on lined baking sheet and bake for 30ish min @375F(cook time will depend on size of carrots)
