Garlic Butter Tri-Colored Carrots

Ingredients:

  • bag of tri colored carrots 
  • 2-3 T melted butter 
  • 1 T minced garlic 
  • 1-2 T chopped fresh parsley 
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. chop carrots into large pieces 
  2. melt butter and mix in garlic, sea salt and parsley 
  3. pour butter mixture over carrots and mix well
  4. lay out carrots on lined baking sheet and bake for 30ish min @375F(cook time will depend on size of carrots)
