Dairy Free | Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is one of my go to appetizers for events that I got from @paleorunningmomma and it’s always a big hit, even for the non dairy free folks!🤤
Ingredients
- 1-2 c rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 C avocado mayo
- 1 C coconut cream
- 2 T mustard
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 T smoked paprika
- 2/3 c hot sauce (I use Frank’s Red Hot)
- 1 T lemon juice
Instructions
- sauté onions and garlic til translucent
- combine rest of ingredients besides chicken in a bowl
- mix in chicken and onion/garlic mixture
- bake in a 9×13 pan for 25 min on 350F
