Dairy Free | Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is one of my go to appetizers for events that I got from @paleorunningmomma and it’s always a big hit, even for the non dairy free folks!🤤

Ingredients

  • 1-2 c rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 C avocado mayo
  • 1 C coconut cream
  • 2 T mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 T smoked paprika
  • 2/3 c hot sauce (I use Frank’s Red Hot)
  • 1 T lemon juice

Instructions

  1. sauté onions and garlic til translucent
  2. combine rest of ingredients besides chicken in a bowl
  3. mix in chicken and onion/garlic mixture
  4. bake in a 9×13 pan for 25 min on 350F
