Chocolate Chip Butternut Squash Bread
Ingredients
- 2 c roasted butternut squash
- 1/3 c coconut sugar
- 2/3 c coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c + 1 T coconut milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- blend all ingredients besides choc chips in a food processor until creamy
- pour mixture into parchment paper lined bread pan
- top with chocolate chips
- bake at 350F for 50-55 min
