Chilean Sea Bass Salad

Ingredients

  • fillets of Chilean sea bass
  • 2 Tbs fish sauce
  • 2 Tbs lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 Tbs rice vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 T red curry paste

Instructions

  1. shake together all ingredients besides bass in a jar to combine
  2. heat pan to medium high heat
  3. pour 1/4 the jar ingredients into pan and add fish, cook for 5 min
  4. flip over, pour another 1/4 jar ingredients into pan, cook for 5 more minutes (fish should be flaky when stabbed with fork if fully cooked)
  5. prepare a bowl of lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, goat cheese and red onion
  6. add a cooked fillet on top
  7. use your favorite Asian salad dressing or pour more of the jar on top as a dressing instead!
