Chile Lime Cod

Ingredients

  • filet of Cod
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 T ghee or butter 

Instructions

  1. season cod w/ salt, parsley and chili powder
  2. bake @450 F for 6 min (may be longer or shorter depending on size of the filet)
  3. meanwhile, melt butter, lime juice and cumin in a pan
  4. when the fish is done, remove from oven and pour butter mixture on top to serve
