5 Minute | Chimichurri Sauce

This is my favorite sauce to compliment my steak!

Ingredients

  • 2 big handfuls of fresh cilantro
  • 1 big handful of fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c fresh oregano
  • 1/4 of a red onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 3 T red wine vinegar
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c olive oil

Instructions

  1. using a food processor, mix everything besides herbs and olive oil
  2. once that is combined, pulse in herbs and oil
  3. serve on steak, chicken or with anything you’d like!
