Honey ‘Soy’ Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 bbq style filets of salmon
  • 1 1/2 T honey, melted
  • 1/4 c coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • foil

Instructions

  1. place each filet in an individual piece of foil that you’ll wrap it up in to make a pocket
  2. divide the ingredients between the 4 filets
  3. brush melted honey on salmon
  4. pour coconut aminos to cover filet
  5. sprinkle garlic, paprika and salt over fish
  6. close up foil packet and bake @350F for 8-12 min depending on thickness of fish

*should be flaky when cooked through
