Skillet Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

  • green & red bell pepper
  • yellow onion
  • pre cooked chicken breast
  • cilantro
  • fav jar of salsa

Instructions:

  1. chop and sauté veggies in oil/butter
  2. mix in chopped chicken and jar of salsa (depends on size of jar)
  3. add in cilantro and let simmer for 15-20 min to absorb flavor
  4. serve over rice, lettuce or eat by itself
