Lamb Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 2 T minted, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions:
- mix ingredients into a bowl and combine well
- roll mixture into 1.5 inch balls
- start a pan on medium heat and add your fav cooking oil
- cook about 5 min on one “side”, then flip over all the meatballs and cook another 5 min on the other “side”
- serve on top of your fav salad
