Ingredients

• cauliflower florets
• 1/4 c GF four
• 3 T bread crumbs
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp each: garlic, salt, onion powder
• 1/4 c Buffalo sauce
• avocado oil spray

Instructions

1. steam cauli florets for 3 min
2. remove from steamer and cover in Buffalo sauce
3. in a separate bowl mix flour, bread crumbs and seasonings
4. transfer flour mixture to cauliflower and combine til cauli is coated well
5. place cauliflower florets in air fryer (spread out) and give a spray of oil to help crisp
6. cook @380F for 12 min
