Brussel Sprouts & Sweet Potato Hash
Ingredients:
- 1 sweet potato
- brussel sprouts
- red onion
- 5 pieces of uncured bacon
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions:
- chop up brussel sprouts in a food processor until shredded
- dice sweet potato and onion
- cook bacon in cast iron skillet and set aside
sauté the veggies in the bacon grease until cooked through - crumble up already cooked bacon and mix in
when you’re ready to eat, top with an egg or two🥚
