Chile Lime Cod
Ingredients
- filet of Cod
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- juice of half a lime
- 1 T ghee or butter
Instructions
- season cod w/ salt, parsley and chili powder
- bake @450 F for 6 min (may be longer or shorter depending on size of the filet)
- meanwhile, melt butter, lime juice and cumin in a pan
- when the fish is done, remove from oven and pour butter mixture on top to serve
