Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Truffles
Ingredients
- 1/4 c almond butter
- 1/3 c pumpkin
- 1/4 c coconut butter, melted
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 T coconut flour
- DF chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- mix in food processor until combine and roll into balls
- place in freezer for 30 min to harden
- melt 1/2 c @enjoylifefoods choc chips and 1 tsp coconut oil; mix until combined
- take pumpkin balls out of freezer and cover in chocolate mixture
- place back in freezer to harden *I keep mine stored in the freezer to last longer*
