Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c almond butter
  • 1/3 c pumpkin
  • 1/4 c coconut butter, melted
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 T coconut flour
  • DF chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. mix in food processor until combine and roll into balls
  2. place in freezer for 30 min to harden
  3. melt 1/2 c @enjoylifefoods choc chips and 1 tsp coconut oil; mix until combined
  4. take pumpkin balls out of freezer and cover in chocolate mixture
  5. place back in freezer to harden *I keep mine stored in the freezer to last longer*
