Honey Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • as many brussel sprouts as you want-halved or quartered
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to season

Sauce:

  • 1 T honey
  • 3 T of coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 1 T white vinegar
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper chili flakes
  • *** if you make a lot of brussel sprouts then just double the sauce ingredient amounts***

Instructions

  1. after cutting brussel sprouts, coat in olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  2. place in a baking sheet with them all spread out to allow them to get nice and crispy!
  3. roast on 450F for about 20 min or until crisp
  4. put all sauce ingredients in a pan and let simmer for about 3 min, or until it starts to thicken and set aside
  5. once Brussels are done roasting, mix in the sauce
