Honey Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- as many brussel sprouts as you want-halved or quartered
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to season
Sauce:
- 1 T honey
- 3 T of coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 1 T white vinegar
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper chili flakes
- *** if you make a lot of brussel sprouts then just double the sauce ingredient amounts***
Instructions
- after cutting brussel sprouts, coat in olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- place in a baking sheet with them all spread out to allow them to get nice and crispy!
- roast on 450F for about 20 min or until crisp
- put all sauce ingredients in a pan and let simmer for about 3 min, or until it starts to thicken and set aside
- once Brussels are done roasting, mix in the sauce
