Anti-Inflammatory | Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • fresh rosemary, chopped
  • fresh parsley, chopped
  • turmeric
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, turmeric, salt, pepper, garlic in a small bowl
  2. Scramble eggs in a pan as usual
  3. Mix in herbs at the end before you remove eggs from the pan
