Brussel Sprouts & Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • brussel sprouts
  • red onion
  • 5 pieces of uncured bacon
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions:

  1. chop up brussel sprouts in a food processor until shredded
  2. dice sweet potato and onion
  3. cook bacon in cast iron skillet and set aside
    sauté the veggies in the bacon grease until cooked through
  4. crumble up already cooked bacon and mix in
    when you’re ready to eat, top with an egg or two🥚
