Chilean Sea Bass Salad
Ingredients
- fillets of Chilean sea bass
- 2 Tbs fish sauce
- 2 Tbs lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 Tbs rice vinegar
- 1/2 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 T red curry paste
Instructions
- shake together all ingredients besides bass in a jar to combine
- heat pan to medium high heat
- pour 1/4 the jar ingredients into pan and add fish, cook for 5 min
- flip over, pour another 1/4 jar ingredients into pan, cook for 5 more minutes (fish should be flaky when stabbed with fork if fully cooked)
- prepare a bowl of lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, goat cheese and red onion
- add a cooked fillet on top
- use your favorite Asian salad dressing or pour more of the jar on top as a dressing instead!
