Sesame Chili Oil Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 can white beans
  • 2 T tahini
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 T chili sesame oil (from @traderjoes)
  • juice 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (I love garlic 😛)

Instructions:

  1. start by washing off beans in a strainer and blending in a food processor
  2. add in remaining ingredients and process until creamy
  3. put in a bowl and top with more chili sesame oil
  4. serve with veggies or your fav crackers
