Healthy Orange Chicken

Ingredients:

Marinade:

  • 1 c orange juice
  • 1/3 c coconut aminos
  • 2 T chili oil
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • salt & thyme
  • chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 c GF flour
  • bell pepper, diced
  • jasmine rice
  • steamed broccoli
  • sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl
  2. pour over chicken and let marinate for at least 30 min
  3. to cook, remove chicken and place in pan
  4. cover with the flour to create a light breading
  5. empty marinade into the pan with chicken and turn to medium heat
  6. add in bell peppers to pan and let cook for 10 min
  7. the dish is done when sauce starts to thicken and chicken is cooked through
  8. serve over rice with a side of broccoli and topped with sesame seeds
