Honey Mustard Walnut Crusted Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- thinly cut pork chops
- 1/4 c mustard
- 2 T honey
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c walnuts
- 1/3 c breadcrumbs
- 2 T GF flour
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
- oil for frying
Instructions:
- mix together honey, mustard and egg in a bowl
- in a ziplock bag, put walnuts inside and smash using a heavy object
- pour walnuts onto a plate and mix in breadcrumbs, flour and seasonings
- next, take a pork chop and cover in mustard mixture, dip in the bread crumb mixture and set aside
- once all pork chops are coated, pan fry to get each side crispy and cooked through
- serve with homemade honey mustard or one you already have on hand
