Massaged Kale Salad

Ingredients

  • bag of kale
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1.5 T lemon juice
  • oregano
  • bread crumbs
  • DF parm cheese

Instructions

  1. mix kale, oil and lemon juice well in a bowl…really work it into the kale (hence the word massaged 🤪)
  2. mix in oregano, bread crumbs and parm cheese before serving
