Spicy Salmon Rice Bowls
Ingredients
- honey ‘soy’ salmon
- sushi rice mixed with coconut aminos
- edamame
- green onion
- cucumber
- shredded cabbage mix
- seaweed
- spicy Mayo (1/4 c mayo + 1 T sriracha + salt & garlic)
- avocado slices
Instructions
- cook salmon separately and rice according to package
- make spicy mayo and set aside
- assemble by adding rice, then edamame, green onion, cucumber and shredded cabbage
- add in salmon
- layer seaweed and avocado on the side
- top with spicy mayo
