Ingredients

Dough:

• 2 c GF flour
• 1 T baking powder
• 1 tsp pumpkin spice
• 3/4 c nut milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 c pumpkin
• 1/2 c butter (not melted)

Coating:

• 4 T melted butter
• 1/3 c coconut sugar

Icing:

• 2 T pumpkin DF cream cheese (or regular DF cc)
• 1-2 T nut milk
• 1/4 c powdered sugar

Instructions

1. mix dough ingredients together until a ball forms
2. roll dough into mini 1 inch balls
3. brush with melted butter and roll in coconut sugar
4. place in a baking dish side by side, repeat until dough is gone
5. bake @350F for 20 min
6. meanwhile mix together icing ingredients
7. once done baking, remove from oven and drizzle with icing
