Savory Scallops
Ingredients
- Scallops, thawed
- salt
- pepper
- butter, ghee or oil
Instructions
- first, pat scallops dry with paper towel
- salt and pepper them
- put ghee, butter or cooking oil in a pan and let it get really hot
- once there, place scallops in pan and let sear on one side for 2 min
- flip over and extra ghee, butter or oil & cook for another 2 min to sear other side
- after that they should be done so put them on a plate to serve
